Dear all,

The process of having people refunded had hit a snag.

Recently a former workmate joined DFCU and she is fast tracking this process.

The easiest process at our disposal is to re-activate the account and withdraw the funds.

All we need are two things:
1. We are to receive a re-activation form to fill in and return to the bank.
2. A resolution to re-activate the account. It has to be signed by at least two people. The chairman and Secretary.
If the two people are signatories, that's good enough, if they are not. Signatories must append their signatures.

I hope we can get this concluded.

Greetings Mary,

If you mind not, please come up with a resolution.

You can sign as Chair lady, I sign as a member, and possibly we get to have Julianne, Innocent, or Ann and any other person interested to append their signature.

Ideally we need at least two signatures from signatories. Among those mentioned by the bank was Ann.

We can have this done with in two weeks.

Dear all, 

I wrote two conditions. 
Condition number two only applies if we have ever been a registered entity.

Have we ever applied to the Registra of companies?

I plan to pick the form on Friday next week, that's when I will next be in town.
