Dear Team,

Does the Overdue System cancel all subscriptions for an account upon reaching the CANCELLATION state?

• Day One:
  • Configure 1 payment retry, a day after the failed payment.
  • Configure cancellation of a subscription 2 days after the 1st payment failure.
  • Create Subscription, SubA
  • Payment for SubA fails.
• Day Two:
  • Create Subscription, SubB.
  • Payment for SubB fails.
• Day Three:
  • SubA is automatically cancelled
  • Sub B is also automatically cancelled at the same time as SubA

Is it expected that SubB should get automatically cancelled along with Sub A, even though SubB is only 1 day old?

That is correct. Overdue conditions and actions apply on the account level.
