Which Kill Bill API to use to get the next billing date

Hi,

We are calling KillBill APIs from an external system and can't figure out which KillBill API to use to find the "Next Invoice Date".

I see this information in KAUI, under Account-->Billing Info.

This is done through the invoice dryRun API:

Is there a way to do this programmatically without an authenticated user? In our invoice-plugin we want to figure out the next invoice date (to report to another system). When we try to run the dryrun, we get exceptions because there is no authenticated user.
