Keysync usage

There is no documentation described on how to build and use keysync. 

Can you tell me the steps for running it on windows machine?

Will https://github.com/square/keysync/issues/47 make keysync compatible with Windows?

That work would make it easier to make a windows port, but would still require putting the work into doing it.

My team doesn't plan to add support with any deadline or schedule.  It wouldn't be too much work, and we could accept a PR that added support for it.
