Cannot invoke "org.keycloak.authentication.RequiredActionFactory.isConfigurable()" because "factory" is null

When upgrading from Keycloak v24 to v25, Keycloak UI, under any realm, clicking on the Authentication tab should provide a list of workflows, however it throws a 400 error and the error in the UI is "Network response was not OK". 

I have detailed info on the error and tried a few things that are documented here.

Anyone know or have an idea of what the issue behind this is? I looked at the Github repo and couldn't find a related issue there however I doubt we're the only ones running into this.

Hi Sar,

please create a github bug report on the Keycloak main repository for this: https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak/issues/new/choose

Also include the stack trace you see and a link to the issue you created in the other repo.
