Hi Kerns Board.
I have updated the proposed February Agenda below and also on the Website:
Please look this over and let us know if you want to add or change something.
I've added a number of standard board things at the beginning - including voting on the previous month minutes - which we need to do each week. Daniel Demelo - please post the January minutes to the Google Drive and share with SEUL - and let us know when we can look at those. Thanks!!
I also added to take a list of names and emails - sometimes we miss the opportunity to add new people to our minutes and mailing list.
Notice that our time is getting tighter to keep it within 2 hours.
Let's see at the meeting if we are allocating enough time to each topic or if we need to rethink how we do things. Perhaps we could go past 2 hours? Or have committee meetings between main meetings to go more in depth to things?
I also added a brief discussion to see who is interested in running for the new board chair. I will probably throw my hat in the ring!
Harper - I added the PSU project at 8:20 - but if that doesn't work we could have it at the March meeting?
Anyone else?
Thanks!!
-Dave Weaver, NA Vice Chair
