Training Vs Validation error

Hi all, Can you please check the loss as

train: 8000  validation: 2000
epoch:0,  train:49.35%,  validation:45.87%.
epoch:4,  train:22.11%,  validation:27.56%.
epoch:8,  train:11.96%,  validation:28.42%.
epoch:12,  train:0.51%,  validation:30.65%.
epoch:16,  train:0.00%,  validation:31.70%.
epoch:20,  train:0.00%,  validation:32.13%.
epoch:24,  train:0.00%,  validation:32.10%.
epoch:28,  train:0.00%,  validation:32.01%.
epoch:32,  train:0.00%,  validation:32.08%.
epoch:36,  train:0.00%,  validation:32.10%.

the validation error decreases at first and then start increasing. as a result, I dont get any good generalization/perdiction. Could you please all help me out to get out of this trouble?
