Hey keras-users Team and members,

My name is Akaash and I'm based in Delhi&NCR, India. I've been following this group for a couple of months now and have had the pleasure of attending the community calls on August 1st and October 3rd.

I'm incredibly impressed with the developments in the Keras ecosystem and I'm keen to help expand this amazing user group into my local region. Could you please provide some guidance on how I might go about opening a new chapter, user group, or community for Keras in my area? Any information or resources you could share would be greatly appreciated.
