Cannot Import

Hello,

Just switched to new Samsung S24 with Android 14 o/s. Tried import my cellar via File Explorer but unable to go further when the Import pop-up window got cut off without showing any buttons at the bottom to continue... See attached pix. I have the backup in Zip, will this also restore all the photos?

Just "click" the cellar archive in the file explorer, after that the Kellermeister app should pop-up and import the archive.

Yes, fotos included in the ZIP archive will be extracted.

Thanks for the quick respond. As mentioned, I cannot go further after the pop-up appeared. It just stuck there for a while and then gone, cellar is not imported either.

Here again a screenshot where the pop up only showed top half & no bottom half to show status or button

did I got it right: you copied the archive to your new device, clicked it within the file explorer.

Then you got the dialog?

If yes: please repeat the import and sens directly after that action a support mail (see menu in Kellermeister app). This mail holds a logfile including some information.

Morning Jurgen. Correct! The dialog pop-up window ONLY display top half without the bottom as per my pix. So I cannot press anything to go further...

From the logs I can see that the filename of the archive might be the reason: did you rename the archive as created by the Kellermeister app? Please retry with the original filename which looks like keller-meister-1396186992547.zip
