[PROPOSAL] Promotion of new maintainers for kcp

Hey everyone,

The kcp project has grown significantly over the last year, with great progress in features, stability, and adoption. To keep up with this momentum, I would like to propose promoting two individuals to maintainers to help manage our growing workload:

- Robert Vasek (@gman0) 

- Simon Bein (@SimonTheLeg)


Both have had substantial contributions to the project in the last year and are already trusted contributors.

For the other maintainers: Please respond with +1 to this email if you agree with adding Robert and Simon to the maintainers council, per our Governance document.
