Trump make threats to Iran. Iran has killed many. So how many Iranians does it take for Trump to make good on his word? And what can he do and what will he accomplish. 

The second article gives Lindsay Graham"s opinion as to what to do. Just go in and take out the Ayatollah. Great idea, Lin. Any China left unbroken in YOUR shop? 

Apparently we have back channels of negotiation with Iran. Doesn't look like much is getting accomplished. Otherwise we'd be getting Iran to stop sponsoring proxies to attack Israel. And no POTUS of either party has made much headway on that.

And does any SANE person think that a small Delta force could extract Ayatollah like Maduro? Don't think so. 

And Iranian leadership is run by zealots, unlike VZ. Not so easy to convince to lay down arms. 

I want to know more about the "negotiations" that are supposed to be going on. I thought we didn't negotiate with terrorists or those that support terrorism. 

But I do see a point worth discussing. We could gradually ease up on Iran in exchange for their recognizing Israel, pushing Hamas and Hezbollah to give up their hostilities and work with the international community to broker a deal between Israel and Palestine. Now THAT would be a goal worth shooting for. But I think Trump would rather shoot AT goals than shoot FOR them. You know; bull/China shop and all that. Nobody's brokered a deal with Iran since the Shah left. Don't expect that to change any time soon.
