Removing lemoda.net KanjiVG viewer

I'm removing the Lemoda.net kanjivg viewer. I've removed the links from the kanjivg documentation website just now and the viewer will be removed by the end of December. The lemoda.net viewer wasn't necessary any more with the new additions to the kanjivg viewer, so it can be removed now. Let me know if there are any uses for that viewer which aren't covered by the KanjiVG viewer.
