Invalid id-list file line and more

Good day. I'm running the GOP script on my own data. For some reason, I get this error. I've seen answers to a similar question here

When I run the validate data sh I get "no spk2utt". But it's clearly there. Here is the normal output I get when I run my script entirely. Can you please help me?

Looks like it might be an empty line in a file like spk2utt or something like that.
Check your input files for empty lines.
