Time for polling mails too long in 5.700

In 5.700 the minimum time you can select for polling mails is 15 minutes now. 

I can understand that for general this might be good to avoid traffic, save power and avoid overlapping of polls.

But in cases the user knows exactly what he does, has an own mail server, way of enough mobile traffic, no power issues, and email polls being handled within seconds these users should be able to set a lower polling time - for example enter an own minute value by confirming the user accept those possible issues. I used K-9 with 1 minute polls since years without issues and want to keep this. 

If this is not an option please at least go down to 5 minutes – 15 minutes is way way too slow to be responsive on emails!
