K-9 E-mail (no memorise e-mail adresses)

Hy,

I have a problem, how do i memorise e-mail adresses ?

The problem actually is  that everytime when i have to send an e-mail, the adresses do not memorise in the memory of the k-9 mail app on my smathphone.

Please help me to find a way to do this. This will help me so so much.
