default color for colorised contacts?

Is there a way to change the default color used to colorise the name of a known sender? Here it shows as light green which is unreadable against a grey or even white background. Thanks.

I see. I had to deselect the option and re-select it for the color picker to appear. I would never have guessed. Many thanks.
