Hi everyone,

I have a teacher in my school that is doing a codes unit in his high school math class and they are talking about the Enigma machine from WW2, Alan Turing, "The Imitation Game" and all that.  He asked if I could print the rotors for the machine or whatever the functional elements are, not just a looks-like replica.

Does anyone have any experience with this?  What is the simplest thing I could print that would be a functional facsimile of the machine.  Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,
John

Hi John,

I have a friend whose daughter did exactly this for her 8th grade capstone project. I can get in touch with my friend and see if they still have all the 3D files and can send them to you.

Best,
Brad
