Hi All,

I couldn't find a topic on here dedicated to collecting blogs or web sites that any of us (or our students) might be writing about our spaces and the projects going on within, so I figured I'd get one started. Here's the blog that I've started about our IDEA Lab at Roxbury Latin. Looking forward to seeing what's going in your spaces!

Hello! 

I am a doctoral student at the Indiana University Learning Sciences program, and a Graduate Research Assistant at the Creativity Labs. I am very interested in the design of youth-serving makerspaces, and am publishing 360° pictures of makerspaces with the help of our partners on my page: 


The page features photospheres of the Digital Harbor Foundation in Baltimore, MD, the Millvale Community Library in Pittsburgh, PA, the Children's Museum of Houston's Chevron Maker Annex in Houston, TX, and the Make Innovate Learn Lab at Indiana University at Bloomington. The site is part of our work on the Maker Ed Open Portfolios project. 

In the future, I are planning to publish our research related to the design of makerspaces on the blog. In an effort to share space design ideas, I am hoping that more people will share 360° pictures of their makerspaces. If you would like your makerspaces to be featured on the site, I would love to connect!

Hi Anna,

My space is being built right now.  I love the idea of doing i picture in 360.  Attached is a construction picture.  It will be done in Aug/Sept.
