how to enable mathjax mediawiki-texvc in jupyter 4

Hi:

I want to use some mathjax mediawiki-texvc command in  jupyter markdown or IPython.display.Math or IPython.display.Latex(such as \euro). However I can not find any useful way to do that, I just can find some sources:

None of them actually work in jupyter 4. Can anyone provide an up to date step by step procedure about how to enable mathjax mediawiki-texvc extension in jupyter notebook?
