nb2mail 0.5 released

Hello,

nb2mail, an nbconvert plugin to send notebooks as email, has been updated to v 0.5, with the following changes:

* Fixed subject header override

* Pilcrow can be disabled :)

* Allow un-auth'd smtp for internal emails

It is available on GitHub (https://github.com/nfultz/nb2mail/) and PyPI.
