Installation problem with Jupyter

Hello everyone! I tried to install jupyter on a Linux Mint by command: "sudo pip3 install jupyter".
I had got the massage in the terminal. My question is :"How( or where ) I can download this: "install setuptools"?.

It's weird that you have got pip without setuptools, but you can probably install it either with pip:

pip install setuptools

Or with apt:

sudo apt install python3-setuptools
