plot draw

hello I am plotting the graph but the images are formed like this. Points are not drawn clearly, so why? Is the missing library problem?

Have you tried setting the markersize?

Is the missing library problem?

What missing library? You didn't show the code you used for plotting, nor any error messages indicating a missing library. If it wasn't for a bit of text in the first screenshot, I wouldn't even know that you were using matplotlib to generate those images.

it must be like the first shape but it becomes the 2nd shape
