Editing and running notebooks on iOS browser

When I open notebooks (in this case, ipython notebooks), on an iOS device, I have two issues:

1.  I seem to be unable to edit markdown cells.  Tapping on them does nothing.

2.  When I have a keyboard connected, I am unable to use arrow or the ctrl key to interact with the notebook.  I can't use up/down to move through the cells, nor can i use ctrl-entr to execute a cell.
