Hi all,

Most services still down, nbviewer should be back up, see more at  https://blog.jupyter.org/incident-report-jupyter-services-down-f5b3888fa5c2.

Thanks @minrk @yuvipanda and @choldgraf

tmpnb should get back online but sluggish in a few minutes according to what min is currently doing (will redirect to binder).
