nbdime diff and merge app for github integration

Hi all,

Is there a way to integrate nbdime in github so that diff and merge functionality is available to all users / repos in a git org out of the box similar to how git diff works for standard python files or other text files?

Simply put, does nbdime provide a way for it to be used similar to ReviewNB (https://app.reviewnb.com/)?
