Removing deprecated images from Docker Hub on May 4th

Hi all,

In an effort to cut down on the distribution and use of old, deprecated Docker images of Jupyter projects, I'd like to remove the following from Docker Hub:

* jupyter/nbshot, last pushed 2 years ago

* jupyter/notebook, last pushed 2 years ago

* jupyter/demo-minimal, last pushed 2 years ago

* jupyter/colaboratory, last pushed 2 years ago

* jupyter/nbindex, last pushed 2 years ago

* jupyter/minimal, unknown source, last pushed 2 years ago, replaced by jupyter/minimal-notebook

* jupyter/systemuser, replaced by jupyterhub/systemuser 2 years ago

* jupyter/singleuser, replaced by jupyterhub/singleuser 2 years ago

* jupyter/configurable-http-proxy, replaced by jupyterhub/configurable-http-proxy

* jupyter/jupyterhub, replaced by jupyterhub/jupyterhub 2 years ago

I plan to delete all of the above on May 4th, 2018. Please shout if one or more of these images should be preserved for some reason. (Source will remain untouched on GitHub)
