User restriction for ProfilesSpawner

Hi all,

I think it would be really nice if it were possible to allow setting
user/group restrictions for individual profiles in the ProfilesSpawner.

My use case is that we have a compute cluster which is also being used
by students. I want students to be allowed only one simple profile
without much resources, but for our scientists I'd like to be able to
choose between more powerful profiles.

I'd appreciate any pointers towards how to achieve this (and am not
afraid to try my luck with implementing this on my own, if you guys can
help me out get started).
