The proposal to move the dashboard deployment repositories from jupyter-incubator to jupyter-attic passed with 9 steering council members voting yes and 6 abstaining: https://github.com/jupyter/enhancement-proposals/pull/22

We will update the affected project READMEs to indicate their status as unmaintained. We'll then move the repositories to the https://github.com/jupyter-attic organization where all of the project code and history will remain available for reference by interested parties.
