Downloaded notebook has extra characters in the name

Hi!

For some odd reason, anytime I try to download a notebook file instead of downloading with the name

 

notebook-name.ipynb

Instead it downloads as 

utf-8"notebook-name.ipynb

It always appends utf-8" to the download name.

I'm unsure where to look to fix this? I see nbconvert is used with regards to conversion and downloads, but I would appreciate some guidance as to where these names are set!
