Jupyter deployment for Julia

Hello Jupyter team,

Thanks for the amazing open source framework!

Can the entire Jupyter dashboard lifecycle be executed with Julia notebooks? (including deployment and CMS).

Theoretically, yes. It would involve:

1. Setting up a notebook with the Julia kernel and a Julia widget library in the environment

2. Setting up the jupyter dashboard server pointing to a Jupyter kernel gateway server with that same Julia environment configured

You'd be the first to try it, however. :)
