Pip upgrade broke Jupyter Lab

to Project Jupyter

I ran an pip install --upgrade JupyterLab this morning and now when I try and run jupyter lab at the command prompt it's giving me the following message:

Error executing Jupyter command 'lab': [Errno 'jupyter-lab' not found] 2

Did something change on how to start labs in v0.32? Or did I do something wrong? I wasn't sure where to post this as I can't get into the github site from the office right now.
