I've added the `CASLocalAuthenticator` in this version that uses Jupyterhub's `LocalAuthenticator` mixin so that you can create local users on the hub host "just-in-time".
CAS (
Central Authentication Service) is a pretty pervasive web SSO technology in Higher Ed. This authenticator should allow you to integrate your hub with a CAS service without having to string together extra components like
Jupyerhub Remote User Authenticator + Apache httpd + mod_wstunnel + mod_proxy (the latter certainly works, but configuration and deployment are a bit more complex).
