how to read the rest docstring in QtConsole

I use macOS,  how could I read  the rest docstring in jupyter QtConsole?  thanks

I think the tooltip can only show the short version, but if you type np.where? and press enter, you should see the full thing.

when the tooltip is shown, press enter means another line to code. I just use help(np.where) instead
