Dear Balla and All,

 

We are organizing a joint MRS-ACS (American Chemical Society) virtual workshop on Water Soluble Polymers (with connections to Sustainability). The Chairs for this workshop are Matt Lynch (Proctor & Gamble Corp) and  Svetlana (Sveta) Morozova (Case Western Reserve University). This will be scheduled in early November.

 

We would like to include a couple of speakers from Africa who work in this area. Do you have suggestions for researchers in Africa who work in this space? Please let me know and I can forward those names to the workshop chairs. It will be useful to include African MRS in this workshop.

I have a couple of publications from my PhD on projects for sustainable eco-friendly fabrication of organic electronic and photonic devices (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/admt.202301696 and https://pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.1021/acsami.3c18994). In these papers, we have reported the synthesis and application of low-cost and aqueous processable conjugated polymers. I believe these works would significantly interest the virtual workshop community.
