I'm thrilled to share that Professor Sossina Haile has been awarded the Robert B. Sosman Award by the Basic Science Division of the American Ceramic Society.

The Sosman Award represents the highest recognition of scientific accomplishment given by the BSD, honoring outstanding achievements in basic science that significantly impact the ceramics field.

A symposium celebrating her achievements will be held at the ACerS 127th Annual Meeting (September 28-October 1) during the Materials Science & Technology conference.
