WebSocket abrupt disconnection on making a call

Hi,
Our application have an issue where our users try to make an outgoing call, sometimes the websocket connection failed.

I reported the almost same issue, websocket fails to connect, even it take too long in try connecting.. required to adjust timeout.
How we could make that reconnect bit quicker?
