How to get the euler angle list file

Hi,

I'm a new user to jspr and I wanted to locate the portal of a dsDNA phage. I followed the paper but I was not able to get decent icosahedral refinement using jspr. So I'd like to use either EMAN2 or RELION to first get the icosahedral refinement. But I have not idea of how to get the eulers.lst file in this case. Does anybody know how to convert the informations into eulers.lst that jspr can use? Thanks.

Please follow the example included in the jspr web page:

2017-07-20: A ribosome dataset (EMPIAR-10107). It shows how to convert a Relion star file to a lst file for refinement using jspr.
