installation error

I have upgraded all the required components but I still get the same error:

I need the library to get  metadata from EuroStat. 
Please help me fix this or suggest alternate.

Thank you for your response. I am getting this error while trying to install jsonstat.py. That link is for pyjstat.

Are you no longer supporting jsonstat.py??

If you are looking for a Python library for JSON-stat, I would recommend you use pyjstat instead of jsonstat.py.
