POS Terminal time out before response from processor

Hello , 

A certain request (purchase) being done to a processor from the acquirer switch takes a little longer time to process (customer needs to confirm and enter some prompts sent to phone) and send response compared to Cash Withdrawal operations . While the channel adaptor wait to get response from the processor successfully, the POS Terminal timeout and disconnects making the response coming from the processor not get to the pos terminal . I have increased the QServer timeout period but still encountering same issue .

This is my server configuration :

The code sending the request to the processor (and awaiting the response) will have a timeout set.

All completely separate from the network connection setup you have shared here.
