Whats the difference beetwen HEXChannel and ASCIIChannel And what's the utility of spaces, i'm new to jpos

HEX channel uses 4 hex digits to represent the length of the message whereas ASCIIChannel uses 4 decimal digits.

Regarding the Spaces, you'll have to read http://jpos.org/doc/proguide.pdf

It may help to read about the Linda Coordination Language used as an inspiration for the Spaces implementation (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linda_(coordination_language))
