I'm afraid that guessing won't lead you far.
You need to understand how the messages are delimited based on the tool docs, and that will lead you to the definition of your channel which may or not be already existing in jPOS.
The same applies to the packager, you need to get the types and
lengths of each field to define or pick an already existing match
packager. jPOS athougth being an impressive piece of software, it
can't do magic.
And neither can we, we have no way to divine that information from the dump you provided without knowing a thing about the message delimitation or the fields definition, unless you are lucky enough that someone on the list has already worked with POINPAY. Is it iso8583 based at all? I can't find anything that's look like an MTI neither can guess where there's a bitmap if there is one at all.
I think you should need to provide us with more information, help us help you by asking a smart question. Please don't put here copyrighted material such as the documentation of POINTPAY may be, but you could tell us in your words how them messages are supposed to be delimited and how the field formats are defined.
