Which channel?

Well I've crawled out of the woodwork to do something with JOOQ after many years of doing other things and while JOOQ seems to have gained many features a lot seems much like it was the last time I visited.

As I'm already posting edge case issues (why use JOOQ for anything mundane :) my first question here is which of the many communication channels should I now be using?

You still have posted at the top of Google Groups that this is the official place for support and bug reports, but you now also have a full feature issue management process over at github, which I've posted an issue on and added to an onging issue.

For generic questions, which possibly aren't even strictly related to jOOQ, and where the community can help, this group is fine.

For specific bugs, please use the issue tracker. Its template asks for all the relevant information to help reproduce things. Besides, issues are trackable. Mails are forgotten as soon as replied to.
