direct-to-doc interaction gone?

Maybe the coffee hasn't kicked in yet but I cannot get to the join-the-conversion links on the manual pages(3.13 specifically).  Are they really gone?

Thanks for your message. Yes, the comment section from the manual has gone, see:

I've been unhappy with Disqus for quite some time. I don't think I was able to provide the quality of support I aspired to, on their platform.

I'm aware, you had an open question which has not yet been resolved. May I ask you to continue on some other support channel, including the mailing list, or Stack Overflow, github, etc.

Sorry, late replying here.  Yes the coffee (and a deeper dive) helped me past my issue. And have found the other forums as well. (If there's a close button I don't see it)
