Sindhu's college fee requirement

Hi Team,

A good friend has referred us to this case. The elder brother (Mr. Sanju Kumar) of the applicant has lost his job due to Covid-19. Father is a painter. Mother is a housemaid. Find the details below.

My Assessment: 

I feel the fees are on the higher side. Perhaps they could afford it if the father & the brother had a steady income - seems to be impacted due to the Covid-19 situation badly. Obviously they might have hesitated to stop her (Sindhu R) education at this stage (Final Year). 

My proposal:

My proposal is to provide help of Rs. 45,595/-  or any amount can be really of help to the family as of now. We could do a reassessment after a few months and take a call again depending on the pandemic situation.

In addition, if anybody wishes to make a personal contribution, let us know and we shall provide the procedure to make payment to school.

Thanks Preethi for bringing forward the case proposal.

The fees here is notably on the higher side. For education beyond 12th we have a guidance value of around 20k based on the past cases history. This guidance is for our pool fund. 

In addition, Our members are allowed to make contributions in their personal capacity on voluntary basis and how they deem the case befit.

For the pool fund release, we will have to provide atleast a week's time for our group to provide comments or objections. Our treasurer shall then accordingly release funds and transfer directly to the college. Kindly keep the college account details or online payment procedure ready with you.

Hello Srikanth Sir,

The college had asked them how much payment will be paid and as you had mentioned 50% you could contribute. I had informed them the same Sir. Hence, the college had sent a slip mentioning that on the bank account details Sir.
