Description

Strong candidate in open seat for mayor of Richmond, VA seeks Finance Director to build upon

existing operation. The ideal candidate has experience in income projection and have a firm

grasp of every element of a finance plan.

Responsibilities

● Write and implement aggressive finance plan through 2016.

● Manage Call Time Program including all donor prospecting, research and follow­up.

● Maintain database of campaign contributions and expenditures.

● See through high­ and low­dollar events from recruitment to completion.

● Write all direct mail fundraising appeals and manage their production.

● Provide detailed weekly fundraising reports to Candidate and senior team.

● Work closely with senior team on budgeting, cash flow and revenue projections.

Skills and Experience

● At least one previous cycle of campaign finance experience, preferably with event and

call time experience.

● Strong knowledge of NGP, Microsoft Excel, and Google application.

● Understanding of Richmond a plus.
