Legislative Research Manager - American Bridge 21st Century, Washington D.C.

American Bridge is seeking a Legislative Research Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. 

 Responsibilities:

• Generate content for American Bridge's proprietary database of congressional vote information that is used in the production of opposition research products.
• Research information on votes and policy proposals from secondary sources such as think tanks, congressional reports, and news articles.
• Monitor congressional activity, including floor proceedings, for noteworthy events.
• Assist in the analysis of state legislative information.

Experience:

• Legislative research experience on the hill, similar experience at an advocacy or research organization, or at least one election cycle of opposition research experience.
• Ability to simplify complex legislative matters into easy-to-understand briefs.
