The Job Position: We’re looking for a Regional Support Specialist (RSS) to join our national office team. As one of four Regional Support Specialists, you will provide integral behind-the-scenes administrative support for the PAX field team. Each member of the RSS team collaborates with other departments on overarching PAX goals and development, provides light technical and customer service-style support, and generally keeps things running smoothly in the background.
The RSS salary starts in the mid-30s. We offer generous benefits, including health insurance and a 401k, PTO, sick leave. Paid holiday schedule includes national holidays and the entire week preceding New Year’s Day.

The RSS team works closely with the Regional Director team to meet regional placement goals, maintain compliant paperwork, and support placements throughout the program year.
The Location: The PAX national office is located in Port Chester, NY, in Westchester County. Close to White Plains, Stamford, and easy access to Metro-North.
