Long Island Congressional Race looking for Deputy Finance Director

Position: Deputy Finance Director

Location: New York, Long Island

Start Date: March

Description: Join one of the most competitive congressional campaigns in New York. The Deputy Finance Director will work with Finance Director to create district wide finance plan. Deputy Finance Director will be responsible for maintaining the NGP data base, all aspects of Candidate Call time, and staffing candidate.   

Job Responsibilities:

·        Staffing Call Time

·        Drafting fundraising emails

·        Maintain NGP database

·        Donor Research

·        Drafting Thank You Notes

·        Drafting Fundraising Mailers

·        Donor Research

 

Qualifications

• ·        At least one cycle of fundraising experience
  
• ·        Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  
• ·        Experience with NGP and other campaign  
  
• ·        Dedicated to electing progressive democrats

 

This is a full time position; salary is commensurate with experience.  Must be willing to move to Long Island and start in March.
