Position: Human Resources & Operations Manager
Salary: 60K-65K with comprehensive benefits package
Hours: Full-time; 40 hours/week
Deadline:  Applications will be considered on a rolling basis until position is filled

Position Summary: The Human Resources and Operations Manager will implement programs that allow employees to grow and lead at Advancing Justice - Asian Law Caucus. The Human Resources and Operations Manager reports to the Director of Finance and Administration. The Human Resources and Operations Manager should be seasoned in supporting the human resources and operations of an organization. The candidate should be highly motivated and a strong communicator and collaborator with a passion for social justice. This position has the prospect of expanding our human resources capacity to match our growing organizational needs with close to 40 employees this year.
