General Overview: 360 Campaign Consulting is a political consulting firm specializing in field organizing. We partner with good groups to do great things, we’ve worked with organizations like Planned Parenthood, ACLU, Everytown for Gun Safety, LCV, and State Voices.
At this critical moment in our nation’s history, we are excited to partner with a major national progressive organization on a campaign to pressure key Senators to save our democracy. We are hiring organizers who are location flexible or based in one of the states below to hit the ground ASAP.

Locations: Placements in CO, AZ, ME, NC, IA, and KY.
Timeframe: October 21, 2019 – December 20, 2019.
Responsibilities Include:
Build a large activist group by calling through members and training them on grassroots organizing tactics.
Develop volunteer leaders to recruit volunteers, work with the media, and engage with our targets.
Work with key organizational allies on the ground to plan events and actions.
Report numbers daily and write detailed weekly reports on campaign results.
Qualifications:
Strong recruiter, experience with group building and volunteer management.
Experience in field and volunteer organizing either on advocacy or electoral campaigns strongly recommended.
Detail orientation and good follow-up skills.
Personally organized.
Self-starter and excellent problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Salary
The salary for this position is $800-$825 per week. We will cover relocation costs for out of state applicants. We offer a generous benefits package, including paid vacation, paid sick leave, health insurance, and a classroom style training.
